What you’ll do?

  • We are seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with strong experience supporting web and mobile applications in production environments.
  • This role requires deep hands on expertise in production monitoring, incident management, and observability tools (especially Dynatrace), with a proactive mindset focused on preventing issues-not just reacting to incidents.
  • The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in Java and/or Angular, enabling log review, code inspection, and root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams to drive permanent and scalable solutions.

  • Beginner  Basic understanding of tools and concepts Requires supervision during incident handling Limited exposure to high severity production issues  
  • Intermediate  Independently handles incidents and monitoring tasks Performs RCA for standard production issues Understands application behavior and system interactions  
  • Advanced  Deep expertise in production operations and observability Leads complex incident resolution and RCA initiatives Proactively identifies risks and drives long term improvements Acts as a trusted SME for production stability
