Description
Do you want to be part of a multi-award winning travel marketing company with one of the world's largest and most influential online travel communities?
Beautiful Destinations is a global travel marketing company built at the intersection of travel, the creator community and technology. We combine world-class creative storytelling with an AI-enabled content platform and over a decade of travel content data, and we partner with leading destinations and travel brands to create content that works across the full funnel and digital ecosystem, from sparking inspiration and discovery to driving consideration, action and conversion.
Behind our work is a community of 50M+ travellers and a network of 500+ world-class creators, filmmakers and storytellers across the globe.
Human creativity and authentic storytelling come first. Always. Technology is how we scale them.
Beautiful Destinations is hiring the person who makes sure everything's in place before the camera rolls.
You'll be the operational engine under the producer team — travel and bookings, call sheets, release and permit tracking, insurance certificates, gear logistics. If a shoot needs it, you're making sure it's sorted.
This is the first rung of BD's production path. Coordinators who master this role become Producers — it's not a side door, it's the way in.
You'll work inside Beautiful Destination's production platform, where AI drafts and tracks the repetitive passes. You verify, you file, you own the outcome.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Book travel, accommodation, and ground logistics — across markets, inside budget, every time
- Build and distribute call sheets — accurate, complete, on time, no exceptions
- Track releases, permits, and insurance certificates — to 100% filed, always
- Coordinate gear movement — carnets, shipping, the physical logistics of getting kit where it needs to be
- Support creator travel — visas, itineraries, the details that keep people moving
- Keep producers ahead of logistics status — without being asked, and turn requests around inside 24 hours
- Verify AI-drafted documents — before anything goes out under BD's name
- Support internal capacity planning — so the team knows what it can take on
- Support contract development — for creators, freelancers, and suppliers
- Give operational support to the CBO — directly
- Learn the creator network — support outreach and help it grow
- Shadow shoots and take on stretch tasks — building toward producing
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1-3 years in production coordination — TV, film, commercial, branded content, or a studio production office
- Documentation discipline you can prove
- Real booking experience — including a travel plan you've rebuilt under pressure, not just built from scratch
- Sharp spreadsheet and shared-doc habits — this role runs on them
- Fast, clear communication across time zones — no chasing, no gaps
- Ambition to become a Producer — this role is the way in, not a holding pattern
- Daily use of AI tools — this is how the work gets made here
