The Role 

We're looking for a Product & Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who is as passionate about great hiring as they are about great technology. You will own the full-cycle recruitment of our product, engineering, design and data roles globally- and you won't just be filling seats. You will be building the foundation of how we hire for product & tech at Berlitz. 


You will be hiring across multiple disciplines and geographies, shaping the candidate experience, designing smart processes, and implementing the tooling and automations that make our funnel truly scalable. If you want to own something and create daily impact- this is it. 

 

What You Will Be Doing  

  • Own end-to-end hiring for product, engineering, design and data roles - from briefing with hiring managers to closing offers 
  • Act as a true strategic partner: challenge job profiles, shape interview processes, and bring your market knowledge to every conversation 
  • Source proactively and creatively- go beyond LinkedIn, build proactive pipelines and craft outreach that actually converts 
  • Design and continuously improve our product & tech hiring processes, candidate journeys and assessment frameworks 
  • Set up and manage ATS workflows, sourcing extensions and automations to keep the funnel clean, fast and transparent 
  • Champion great candidate experience- every touchpoint, every time 
  • Use data to drive decisions: identify bottlenecks, track pipeline health, time-to-hire, quality of hire and share insights with leadership 

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in tech/product roles (in-house experience preferred) 
  • Solid sourcing skills and deep familiarity with the tech talent market- you know where great engineers and PMs are hiding 
  • A builder mentality: you are excited about building from scratch, you are not satisfied with how things have been done, you actively make them better 
  • Excellent stakeholder management- you push back when needed and earn trust quickly 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed; you make good decisions with incomplete information and are ready to move fast 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
