BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE 

Summary: The Product Solution Design/Transformation Specialist serves as Staci Americas' lead Third-Party Logistics (3PL) subject matter expert, responsible for designing innovative, scalable, and cost-effective supply chain solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

This executive leader partners closely with Business Development, Transportation, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Client Success, Human Resources, and Project Management to develop customized logistics solutions for prospective and existing customers.

Serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle, this role evaluates customer supply chains, identifies operational opportunities, designs integrated logistics solutions, and leads transformational initiatives that improve service, efficiency, profitability, and scalability.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in warehouse operations, transportation, fulfillment, industrial engineering, automation, systems integration, network optimization, and continuous improvement.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Solution Design

• Serve as the company's primary 3PL subject matter expert.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions for prospective and existing clients.

• Evaluate customer operations and recommend optimized warehouse, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment strategies.
• Develop scalable operating models that balance service, cost, speed, and flexibility.
• Prepare solution documentation supporting customer proposals and RFP responses.

Sales Partnership

• Partner with Business Development throughout the sales process.
• Participate in customer presentations and executive solution workshops.
• Lead operational discovery meetings.
• Translate customer requirements into executable logistics solutions.
• Present recommendations to executive leadership and customers.
• Support strategic customer pursuits and solution pricing.

Transportation Solutions

Develop transportation strategies involving:

• Transportation Management
• Carrier Strategy

Warehouse & Fulfillment Solutions

• Partner with Industrial Engineering to optimize operations.

• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Recommend warehouse layouts and facility optimization.
• Evaluate automation and robotics opportunities.
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Supply Chain, Distribution, or Transportation.
• Demonstrated success designing complex, multi-site logistics solutions.
• Experience supporting Business Development and customer presentations.
• Strong financial acumen including labor modeling, pricing, and operational cost analysis.

Work Environment: This position operates in both corporate office and warehouse environments. Regular interaction with customers, operations leadership, and cross-functional business partners is required. The role may require travel to customer locations, distribution centers, and corporate offices.

Travel: Approximately 30–50% travel, depending on customer engagements, solution design activities, implementations, and business needs.
