Kiloverse is the operational force that helps ventures grow - building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that turn ideas into scalable businesses. Behind every fast-growing product, there’s a group of people who think like owners, act fast, and execute with precision.
Here, you’ll find people who want to break big in their careers - working side by side with entrepreneurs and founders to build ventures that redefine the health, wellness, beauty, or travel industries.
Wordletic is a CEFR-aligned language learning app (A1–C2) built around a distinctive method: short audio warm-up sessions with hypnosis and meditation that prime the learner, followed by structured lessons. We're a small, fast-moving consumer-subscription business that acquires most customers through performance marketing channels. The product is live on iOS and Android with a growing content library across multiple languages.
Product ownership currently sits with the founder, and we need someone to take real ownership of the product - the roadmap, the backlog, and above all, the quality of what we ship and how people use it.
It's the person who decides what we build next, makes sure it's built in the best possible way, and owns whether the product is genuinely great.
This is a hands-on role. You won't hand off decisions and wait for results - you'll run product and tech execution day to day, sit close to the engineering work, and shape how the team itself is built and structured as we scale.
The product roadmap. You decide what gets built next and why, and you defend those choices against how people actually use the product.
The team. You shape how the product and engineering team looks and works - who we need, how we're structured, and how we raise the level of execution as we grow.
Day-to-day product and tech execution. You run the delivery engine - turning direction into shipped work, unblocking, reviewing, and holding the bar on how things get built.
A product people love. The bar is not "shipped," it's "great." You own the quality of the user experience end to end and are relentless about it.
Prioritisation under constraint. You make the call on what's worth building versus what's a distraction, and prioritize the work according to the impact the feature will have.
Usage and engagement. These are your numbers - activation, session depth, feature adoption, habit formation, retention. You live in Amplitude, find where users drop or disengage, form a hypothesis, ship a change, and read the result.
The backlog and delivery cadence. You translate strategy into well-specified work that the engineering team can move on and execute.
Be a hands-on operator who has run product and engineering execution day to day - you've owned delivery, not just direction, and you can point to things you shipped and shipped well.
Have experience shaping and building a product/engineering team: knowing who to hire, how to structure the work, and how to lift the level of execution.
Have a track record of building products people genuinely love - you hold a high bar on quality and can point to something you made meaningfully better.
Be comfortable living in product analytics: Amplitude or similar, reading usage, engagement, and retention to decide what to build and whether it worked. You don't need an analyst to tell you if a change landed.
Have strong product judgment and the ability to operate with autonomy. This role exists to take decisions off the founder's plate, not to add a layer that needs steering.
Have clear, tight specs. You can turn a strategic goal into work that a small engineering team executes without churn.
Have bias to action and comfort with ambiguity - you'll often decide with incomplete information and correct fast.
Experience in language learning, ed-tech, or habit-forming daily-use apps.
A strong design and UX sensibility - you notice when something feels off and care about the details.
Exposure to content-heavy products and localisation across multiple markets.
Six months in, the product is visibly better - people use it more and stick with it longer - the team ships faster and at a higher bar, and the founder is no longer the bottleneck on product or delivery.
Gross salary range is 4000-6000 EUR/month.
