Location: Remote

As a Product Owner PL, you will be responsible for translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and business objectives. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, support the delivery of customer-centric digital solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize product value, improve user experience, and ensure successful product delivery.

This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. SolCo is one of the two independent entities being created from ANH as part of its divestment to CVC Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.  
  • Translate customer, user, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to define priorities and support product delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and product development activities, ensuring alignment from product conception through delivery.
  • Monitor product initiatives, identify dependencies and impediments, and support teams in achieving delivery commitments.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, business needs, and product insights to continuously improve features and user experience.
  • Support product communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to roadmap execution by helping prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and ensure high-quality product outcomes.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Specialization in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile methodologies, or Digital Products is a plus.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.  
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital product environments.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital products.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and support data-informed product decisions.
  • Familiarity with product management practices, customer experience, software development processes, and digital product lifecycle management.
