Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Product Owner who is eager to take ownership of the delivery and continuous improvement of Ava's products. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys working with various stakeholders, and development teams to transform feedback into meaningful product improvements.

You are enthusiastic about solving problems, comfortable making informed decisions, and skilled at balancing competing priorities. While experience in healthcare technology is a strong asset, we welcome candidates from a variety of industries who are excited to learn and contribute.

What You’ll Do

Ticket Management

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritized according to business value and customer impact.
• Contribute to issue management in both Hubspot and Github
• Thoroughly comprehend and investigate product feedback from end users of Ava products
• Distill feedback to create product requirements for bugs and feature requests
• Provide relevant stakeholders with follow up information on their tickets
• Facilitate ticket related meetings

Release Management

• Plan and coordinate upcoming releases
• Maintain release documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Gather and report monthly metrics 

Workflow Owner

• Help guide projects from concept to delivery in collaboration with other team members
• Contribute to and support process documentation 
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, GitHub, HubSpot, or similar platforms is considered an asset
• Healthcare, health technology, or regulated-industry experience is considered a strong asset but is not required.
