Product Operations Specialist

Our Team

The EU product Operations is part of the core EU Product Experience team, embedded within each Squad (Small Format & Large Format). We support the execution of the EU product roadmap, including new product launches (Tier A & B) and enhancements to the existing portfolio. In addition, we serve as a key Serve as a key user of Cimpress MCP and Vista product tools to adapt/maintain product specifications and data structures to ensure standardization, automation, and faster merchandising Collaborate cross-functionally. 

What You Will Do

• Configure and Launch Products: Serve as the key user of Cimpress MCP and Vista product tools to create, configure, and release products to the market. 

• Manage Handovers and Epics: Refine Epics handed over by Category Managers, running with them independently with minimal oversight using established best practices. 

• Coordinate 3PF and Partner Data: Liaise with third-party fulfillers (3PF) and sister brands (e.g., Pixart) to request specifications, assets, and product information. 

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Category Managers, Technology squads, and  the different imbedded functions within the  EU SF/LF Squads to contribute to team targets; NPI launches, product quality, customer satisfaction, and product availability.

• Strong Ownership & Autonomy: Proven project management skills with the ability to take loose handovers, refine details, and drive complex projects to completion. 

•  Technical Curiosity: High comfort level in learning internal product configuration engines (e.g., Cimpress MCP, Vista tools) and managing data structures. 

•  Tools & Collaboration: Experience using collaboration platforms like Jira and Miro to track, update, and coordinate squad tasks.

•  Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate a matrixed global environment and align goals with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• knowledge of design tools Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
