AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the Swedish market, ensuring the platform meets local regulatory and accounting requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes and integrate local needs into the global roadmap.

The Company

Easor is a financial management platform that connects entrepreneurs and accounting firms. Over 15,000 businesses across Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Italy run their invoicing, payments, and accounting on our software. We listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2026.

We are 145 people, 80 of whom work in product development in Finland and Spain. We are investing heavily in product practices, craft, and team structure to match the ambitions of an independent product company. This role is part of that effort.

The Role and the Team

You will be the Product Manager for Sweden. You own how Easor works for Swedish accounting firms and Swedish entrepreneurs.

The core platform was built for Finland first. Making it feel native in Sweden is the work: local accounting practice, local regulation, local payment rails, and the tools Swedish firms already run.

You own Sweden as a product area with outcomes attached. You shape what changes, you prove it worked, and you carry the Swedish case into the domain teams who build the core.

You join our product team and work with the Swedish commercial team and Easor's domain teams in Finland and Spain.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Swedish product area end to end, on a quarter horizon. Shape the roadmap backwards from Swedish business problems.

  • Talk to Swedish accountants and entrepreneurs every week. Know their workflows first-hand. Know what our competitors here do well.

  • Decide what Sweden actually needs: local accounting practice, [regulatory requirements], payment rails, integrations with the tools Swedish firms already run.

  • Get tracking live for the Swedish product area. Own a KPI tree that ladders to a how-to-win metric: new end clients per firm, automation rate, integration rate, churn, or upsell.

  • Instrument every experiment before it ships. Events defined, success threshold set, baseline captured. Every release gets a defined outcome and a UX guardrail, and you measure it after launching.

  • Bring the Swedish case to the domain teams with evidence. Get local needs into the global roadmap where they belong and build locally where that serves Sweden better.

  • Work with Swedish sales and customer success so what ships lands. Feed what they hear back into the roadmap.

  • Use AI in your own workflow: specs, prototypes, research.

Who We're Looking For

  • Works backwards from problems. You have shaped a roadmap from a business problem and can walk us through the reasoning.

  • Owns outcomes. You have defined the outcome of a release, measured it after launch, and acted on what you found.

  • Builds measurement. You have set up tracking or an experiment yourself, not waited for someone to hand you a dashboard.

  • Has a customer contact habit. You can tell us your interview cadence today and what changed because of it.

  • Uses AI for real. You can show us an artifact: a spec, a prototype, a piece of research.

  • Gets input from quiet teams. You know how to pull thinking out of dev-heavy teams through structured formats.

  • Knows the Swedish market. You have built product for Swedish customers, or worked closely with Swedish accounting firms or SMEs. You know how firms here work and what they run today. Accounting expertise is welcome, and you can build it on the job through weekly customer contact.

3+ years of product management with real delivery responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS. You like data, and you treat technology as a means to deliver customer value.

Experience in a multi-market or multi-office product organisation is a plus. Experience in financial, accounting, or another regulated software domain is a plus.

Fluent Swedish and English required. Finnish or Spanish is a plus.

Practicalities

  • Salary SEK 60,000-75,000/month + options

  • Fully remote from anywhere in Sweden

  • Offices in Oulu, Helsinki, Barcelona and Milan

  • Applications reviewed on a rolling basis

  • Apply before 15.10.2026
