AI Summary

Own mobile product features end-to-end from discovery and solution design to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to translate business goals into well-defined product solutions.

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We take pride in our diverse and talented team and partners, spread across the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and other regions worldwide.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong mobile product experience to own and develop product features end-to-end — from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to launch, impact analysis, and further iterations.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, QA, and analytics, with a high level of autonomy in defining how a feature should work, what should go into the MVP, and how the solution should evolve after launch.

What you’ll do:

  • Own product features end-to-end: discovery, solution design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Turn business goals and product problems into well-defined product solutions.
  • Define user flows, states, requirements, constraints, and edge cases.
  • Explore and compare alternative solutions based on expected impact, development effort, complexity, and time to market.
  • Define a focused MVP and manage scope without compromising the ability to iterate further.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and other Product Managers throughout the development process.
  • Take technical constraints of the mobile client and backend into account when shaping solutions.
  • Define success metrics before launch and evaluate feature performance using product data.
  • Use data, competitor research, and product references to support decisions.
  • Prepare clear product documentation that can be effectively used by development and QA.
  • Manage changes, risks, and dependencies throughout delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on product management experience with mobile products.
  • Proven experience taking product features from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Ability to work independently with open-ended product problems rather than relying on fully defined requirements.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between value, scope, complexity, and speed.
  • Good understanding of mobile development and client-backend interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong product documentation skills and structured thinking.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with coloring / color-by-number, casual, puzzle, creativity / art apps, or similar mobile genres.
  • Experience working with Flutter-based products.
  • Experience with content-heavy products, live events, or frequent product experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience with retention, engagement, and monetization mechanics.
  • Familiarity with ads, subscriptions, or IAP.
  • Technical background or previous development experience.
  • Practical experience with RICE or similar prioritization frameworks.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Flexible working hours and remote/office work options.
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities.
  • A fun and inclusive company culture that celebrates diversity and creativity.
