About the role:

As a Product Manager for Bank Connectivity & Bank Statements, you will own a mission-critical platform domain that directly impacts our ability to win and retain enterprise customers. Bank connectivity is one of the key reasons customers choose TIS and this role is vital to maintaining and extending our leadership as the industry shifts toward real-time, API-driven connectivity, evolving standards, and increasing regulatory requirements.

You will drive outcomes across the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding and scaling new bank connections to ensuring bank statements are ingested, normalized, and made usable for downstream reporting and workflows.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and a wide set of cross-functional partners across the business to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact platform capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex ecosystems, loves shipping backend-heavy products, and stays focused on customer value. 

Experience & skills 

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, banking, PSP/provider environments, or online retail/payment-heavy ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with payment schemas and bank connectivity/integration processes (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, Host-to-Host (H2H), Bank APIs, and other local rails). 
  • Proventrack recordlaunching platform or backend-heavy products in regulated environments (security, auditability, compliance-by-design).
  • Excellent analytical skills comfortable diving into specs, edge cases, and data, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of product prioritization, trade-offs, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines and cultures.
  • Education and background in STEM, business, or economics is great; MBA/MSc (or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Deliver new bank connections and capabilities informed by business data, customer insights, regulatory needs, and company strategy.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing,Salesand Design to deliver intuitive, reliable, and compliant journeys across connectivity and statement-related workflows.
  • Lead scoping and prioritization of high-impact work, ensuring teams focus on outcomes and measurable value.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional point of contact, partnering with Sales, other Product teams, and key internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, enablement, operational readiness, and business success across both domains.
  • Monitor andoptimizethe product funnel, partnering with Data teams to define metrics,identifyfriction, and improve performance, capability adoption, and user experience.
