Description
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to become the first dedicated product hire at RxDiet. This is an opportunity to build the product function from the ground up, shape how a growing team thinks about product development, and have an outsized impact on both our internal efficiency and our members' experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the product roadmap across two critical fronts: internal proprietary tools that power our staff's day-to-day operations, and member-facing mobile/web applications that patients rely on throughout their healthcare journey. As the PM, you will work closely with engineering, clinical operations, and leadership to translate business needs and member feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.
This full-time remote role is in the United States. You must be living in the United States. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management
Demonstrated experience building or managing internal/proprietary tools used by staff (e.g., operations dashboards, CRM-like systems, workflow tools)
Demonstrated experience with member-facing or customer-facing mobile and/or web applications, from concept through launch
Comfortable writing clear product requirements, user stories, and specs, and prioritizing a roadmap with limited resources.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working directly with engineers and designers
Data-informed decision-making skills; comfortable using analytics tools to track product performance and user behavior
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset, comfortable operating with ambiguity as the first PM on the team
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or a regulated industry is a plus
