Position Overview:

As a mid-level Product Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that improve the borrower journey, drive growth across our digital funnel, and optimize customer-facing experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to ship features that directly impact small business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the product roadmap for digital experience and growth-related initiatives
• Improve onboarding, loan application flows, and self-service capabilities
• Use product analytics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements
• Collaborate with designers using Figma to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces
• Manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team collaboration through JIRA
• Work with stakeholders across departments to align on goals and prioritize features based on impact
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead acquisition and conversion
• Define and track success metrics to guide iterations and inform strategy

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or small business lending
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making
• Proficiency with JIRA for agile workflow management
• Experience collaborating with product design teams using Figma
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs
• Demonstrated success launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of growth product levers (conversion, activation, retention)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Skills/Attributes:

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory needs in lending
• Technical fluency or experience working directly with engineering teams
