Position Overview HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Product Manager to support the growth, scalability, and clinical expansion of our diagnostic platform. This role is ideal for an execution-focused product professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative diagnostic solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with senior product leaders, clinicians, laboratory partners, engineers, commercial teams, and operations teams to translate clinical needs into scalable product capabilities within a complex health-tech ecosystem. This role will support the development and expansion of clinical pathways across multiple diagnostic areas, ensuring solutions are clinically meaningful, operationally scalable, and aligned with provider and patient needs. Essential Responsibilities Product Management & Clinical Pathway Development Lead the definition, development, and launch of HALO diagnostic products and clinical pathways, including but not limited to: Genetic risk assessment and hereditary cancer screening pathways Oncology and early cancer detection pathways Colorectal cancer screening and colon health pathways Future diagnostic pathways aligned with emerging clinical technologies and patient needs Lead in translating clinical guidelines, evidence-based recommendations, and provider needs into scalable product requirements. Map end-to-end clinical workflows, including patient identification, eligibility criteria, ordering processes, testing pathways, results delivery, and follow-up recommendations. Lead new product launch readiness activities, including workflow validation, training materials, operational readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring. Partner with clinical leadership, physicians, genetic counselors, laboratory teams, and medical/scientific affairs stakeholders to ensure diagnostic pathways are practical and usable at the point of care. Development of clinical evidence packages, clinical utility frameworks, eligibility criteria, ordering workflows, and test utilization strategies for specialty diagnostic products. Collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout discovery, development, testing, and release cycles. Support product roadmaps, backlog development, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Diagnostic Product Strategy & Market Enablement Evaluating new diagnostic opportunities by researching clinical applications, market needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Develop business cases, financial modeling, product prioritization, and go/no-go recommendations for new clinical product lines. Lead expansion of diagnostic offerings across disease areas by identifying opportunities to improve early detection, risk identification, and personalized care pathways. Monitor clinical adoption, utilization trends, operational performance, and opportunities for pathway optimization. Clinical, Regulatory & Reimbursement Alignment Apply knowledge of the healthcare diagnostic ecosystem, including: Laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) CLIA requirements CPT coding considerations MolDX and LCD policies Payer medical policies and reimbursement considerations Clinical documentation and medical necessity requirements Translate regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical requirements into actionable product and pathway decisions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure diagnostic pathways support appropriate utilization, compliance, and patient access.   QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience in product management, product operations, healthcare technology, diagnostics, laboratory medicine, digital health, or a related healthcare environment. Experience supporting healthcare products, clinical workflows, diagnostic platforms, or technology-enabled care pathways. Demonstrated experience translating clinical needs into scalable product requirements and operational workflows. Experience supporting development of clinical evidence packages, eligibility criteria, ordering workflows, and utilization strategies for diagnostic products. Working knowledge of diagnostic reimbursement and regulatory considerations, including CPT coding, payer policies, CLIA requirements, and laboratory-developed testing environments. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to execute projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile practices, roadmaps, requirements gathering, and prioritization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for improving patient outcomes through technology-enabled diagnostics and precision medicine. Additional Requirements:  Ability to travel throughout the United States as needed to support product development, partner implementations, customer engagements, conferences, and cross-functional collaboration. Typical travel is approximately 25%, though travel may increase based on business needs, product launches, or strategic initiatives. Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to support cross-functional teams across multiple U.S. time zones.
