At Docuvera, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to work that matters, collaborate with talented people globally, and help shape the future of digital content in life sciences.  We’re building technology that supports the highly regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, where quality, trust, and compliance genuinely matter.  Join us at a stage where there’s still plenty of opportunity to shape how things work, contribute ideas, and help mature processes in practical, visible ways.

The part you'll play and why it matters

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing Docuvera’s product strategy, working closely with functional leads in Engineering, Sales, and Services to dive deep and solve customer pain points. Our customer-centric philosophy extends across everything we do,.  We work to translate customer, market, and business needs into clear, prioritised product requirements that guide the ongoing development of Docuvera’s services. Working closely with our customers and internal delivery teams, the role helps shape practical, user-focused solutions and supports their successful delivery through an iterative, agile approach.

You’ll know — and we’ll know — this role is successful when you consistently focus the team on what matters most: turning validated customer insight and clear business priorities into well-scoped, incremental product outcomes that reduce customer pain and move the business forward. Success looks like a prioritized roadmap and backlog that reflect strategic trade-offs, repeatable discovery and validation practices that reduce risk before build, crisp requirements engineering trusts, and reliable, timely releases that close customer pain points. Equally important is how you deliver: you build trust internally and externally, lift others, bring calm and clarity through change, and model the judgment and accountability we value.

What we'll expect of you

  • Support the collection, assessment, and prioritization of customer requirements for future versions of Docuvera services.
  • Gather input from customer interactions, internal stakeholders, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management peers to help define and refine the user experience for Docuvera services.
  • Assist in defining business and functional requirements for product enhancements (e.g., writing user stories or use cases).
  • Break larger product ideas into well-defined, incremental features that can be delivered iteratively.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, specifications, and planning artifacts as needed.
  • Work with engineers to review and validate user experience designs, including participating in usability testing.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Software Engineers to support agile delivery, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Communicate product updates and feature details internally and, when appropriate, with customers and other external stakeholders.

We value diversity of experience, perspective, and background and we recognise that how we work is just as important as what we achieve.

We’re built around a few consistent ways of working: driving outcomes, innovating, lifting others up, adapting quickly, leading by example, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. We capture these behaviours in six words: Go-Getter, Trailblazer, Elevator, Shapeshifter, Torchbearer, and Steward, and you’ll see them show up in how we collaborate, how we measure performance, and how we get work done day to day.

What you bring to the table

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience working on SaaS or enterprise software products, ideally in a customer-facing or cross-functional environment.
  • Experience and interest in leveraging AI and automations in fulfilling your tasks.

  • Exposure to domains such as workflow, search, collaboration, content management, data migration, or related enterprise services is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in Life Sciences industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices) is desirable but not required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and focus on practical, customer-focused solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience is desired but not required.

What you can expect from us

We want people to do meaningful work, have a visible impact, and keep growing their careers, so you can expect to join a collaborative, down to earth team that operates with a flat structure, where good ideas are valued, people have genuine ownership, and influence is not limited by hierarchy.  You’ll work on interesting technical challenges that have meaningful customer impact, particularly in highly regulated industries where quality, trust, and compliance genuinely matter.

We are a distributed global team, but we work hard to stay connected. Our culture is built on curiosity, initiative, transparency, and continuous improvement. We focus on outcomes, accountability, and progress rather than where you work or how visible you are.

You can also expect:

  • genuine flexibility and trust in how you manage your work, helping you balance professional and personal commitments
  • the tools and support to do your best work. This includes modern systems and AI-enabled technology, the autonomy to improve processes, and opportunities to help shape how work evolves as we grow
  • access to funded and free learning, coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, with a strong track record of internal progression.
  • a range of leave benefits, including year-end appreciation leave, birthday leave, parental leave, long-service leave, and the use of confidential, fully funded employee assistance support.  Other entitlements may vary depending on location and eligibility (such as unlimited PTO and healthcare benefits for the US).
