As we continue to expand our Finance portfolio, we're looking for a high-impact Product Manager to help shape and execute the product vision across one or more enterprise SaaS products serving the financial services industry. This is an opportunity to work with mature products, long-standing enterprise customers, and cross-functional global teams while driving meaningful product innovation.
This role operates across one or more portfolio companies within the Embrace Finance Group. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders from the assigned portfolio company while collaborating with Embrace leadership to execute product strategy, drive delivery excellence, and align product initiatives with broader portfolio objectives. You will regularly communicate product progress, roadmap updates, delivery status, risks, and strategic recommendations to both portfolio company stakeholders and Embrace leadership.
AI-First Product Management

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Partner with business leadership to define product vision, strategic priorities, and investment opportunities across Finance Group products.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and company growth objectives.
- Continuously evaluate market opportunities, emerging technologies, and regulatory trends impacting financial software.
Product Ownership & Execution
- Translate product strategy into clear functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
- Define release plans, roadmap milestones, and product increments aligned with engineering capacity.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Balance customer requests, technical debt, platform investments, and commercial priorities when making roadmap decisions.
Portfolio Company Collaboration
- Work closely with assigned portfolio company stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer needs, and product priorities.
- Collaborate with Embrace leadership to align product strategy, roadmap execution, delivery priorities, and business objectives.
- Provide regular product updates, roadmap reviews, delivery status, risks, and strategic recommendations to both portfolio company stakeholders and Embrace leadership.
- Balance customer requirements, portfolio company priorities, and Embrace strategic goals when making product decisions.
- Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams operating across multiple organizations.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Engage directly with customers to understand business processes, pain points, operational challenges, and emerging needs.
- Conduct customer interviews, discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to validate opportunities and prioritize enhancements.
- Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and product usage metrics.
Agile Planning & Team Collaboration
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and QA to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prioritized backlog items to support predictable delivery.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes.
Delivery Oversight & Metrics
- Track delivery progress, sprint velocity, release readiness, and execution risks.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks impacting timelines, quality, or delivery.
- Measure product success using customer adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, retention, and business KPIs.
- Support leadership through product reporting, roadmap communication, and executive updates.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Leadership, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure successful product delivery.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing requirements early and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support product launches, customer communications, documentation, and enablement activities.
AI & Innovation Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, and Generative AI across financial workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and deliver AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Drive intelligent workflow automation, analytics, knowledge management, and customer productivity initiatives.
- Champion AI adoption within product management practices to improve execution and customer outcomes.
Requirements
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product leadership roles within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmap development, and customer-facing product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading agile ceremonies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern SaaS product delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, prioritization, analysis, stakeholder communication, and overall product management efficiency.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Working with teams in the US + UK time zones
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in financial services software, banking technology, lending, mortgage, wealth management, treasury, or fintech products.
- Familiarity with financial operations, compliance, risk management, digital banking, CRM, loan origination, customer engagement, or related financial platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise customers and long-lived SaaS products.
- Experience working across multiple products within a portfolio organization.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or intelligent business applications.
