This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of our business, technology, and user experience for our global community of raters. Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the our platforms to deliver work for clients and manage our rater community.
  • Product Development: Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy, status, and challenges to key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our platforms remain competitive.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and user feedback to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company.
  • Experience with platform products, payment systems, or two-sided marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Experience working with global and remote teams.
  • A passion for building user-centric products and a deep empathy for our rater community.

Base Pay

 

$140,000 - $160,000 / year 

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
