About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive excellence across our product development lifecycle. This role is pivotal in translating strategic intent into operational execution, ensuring that delivery is consistent, timely, and meets the highest quality standards. As the champion of delivery outcomes, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and QA to remove blockers, align priorities, and help us ship high-impact features with confidence.


What you'll do

  • Support the development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
  • Define and uphold quality checkpoints across delivery stages (e.g., readiness criteria, QA sign-off, release protocols).
  • Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Partner with UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
  • Define and track key product performance metrics such as customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Write clear user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and lead demos.
  • Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders—executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy laws.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech environment.
  • Proven track record launching successful digital products or features (e.g., B2B platforms, consumer apps, SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong product mindset: user-centric, data-informed, outcomes-focused.
  • Excellent communication: able to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset: experience defining KPIs and leveraging data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Experience with growth strategies, A/B tests, APIs, or cross-functional leadership.

Preferred:

  • Background in UX design or hands-on prototyping (Figma, Sketch).
  • Experience launching mobile products or integrations.
  • Fluency in one or more non-English languages (Spanish preferred).
