As a Product Manager in our Pinnacle 21 division, you will deliver value to clients by identifying, shaping, and executing improvements to our SaaS offerings. You will direct engineering R&D efforts toward opportunities that maximize customer value and business ROI, balancing competing priorities and constraints.
You sit at the intersection of business, UX design, and technology. You are accountable for translating product vision into execution while maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders. With moderate oversight, you independently own meaningful product areas and drive initiatives that typically engage multiple engineers across concurrent efforts.
Our Product Managers are expected to move fluidly between discovery, decision-making, and delivery, owning problems end-to-end from understanding user needs through to shipped solutions and measurable outcomes.
Gathering Information and Business Requirements
Conduct structured research and gather actionable insights to inform product decisions.

Regularly engage with users to understand workflows, unmet needs, and usability challenges
Translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear problem definitions and opportunity areas
Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to assess impact of current and proposed R&D efforts
Monitor inputs from Customer Success, Support, and other client-facing teams to identify recurring themes
Develop a working understanding of domain concepts sufficient to contribute meaningfully to product direction
Driving Execution and Product Delivery
Own the execution of product initiatives from ideation through delivery and iteration.

Define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria for features of moderate-to-high complexity
Make informed trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and prioritization within defined product areas
Collaborate closely with engineering and QA to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with intended outcomes
Navigate the software development lifecycle, reviewing progress and adjusting plans as needed
Align work with broader product strategy, ensuring coherence with portfolio-level goals
Track and evaluate outcomes using defined metrics (e.g., adoption, performance, ROI), adjusting direction accordingly
Contribute to resource planning and provide input on R&D investment decisions
Ensuring Clarity and Alignment
Serve as a clear and effective communicator across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Document product decisions, use cases, and business logic to maintain team alignment and transparency
Communicate product updates, priorities, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
Contribute to external-facing materials such as webinars, documentation, or presentations as needed
Support go-to-market efforts through contribution to product messaging, documentation, and training materials
Explain product functionality and value clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Must Have
Fastidious for facts, insistent on evidence- and data-driven choices, able to separate signal from noise
Systems-thinking and ability to anticipate downstream impacts of decisions
Strong analytical, research, and problem-framing skills
Ability to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables
Confidence to challenge ideas constructively and engage in rigorous prioritization discussions
Curiosity about clients and products, with strong ownership and follow-through
High tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to create structure and clarity
Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams without formal authority
Ability to balance independent problem-solving with seeking input when needed
Preferred
Familiarity with scientific or clinical domains
Experience working in SaaS, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote-first environment
Background in business, data science, health sciences, or related disciplines
