Where You’ll Work
We are open to remote work from one of the provinces that we are established in – Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. There are opportunities for hybrid work if located close to Fredericton, New Brunswick.
What You Will Do
Luminultra is recruiting a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing Product Management team. This position offers a base salary range of $65,000-85,000 CAD depending on experience.
As our Product Designer (UX/UI), you will own the user experience for Relay, Luminultra's customer-facing software platform, while helping shape the future of our digital product ecosystem. Working alongside Product Management, Software, Client Experience, Marketing, and technical experts, you'll transform complex scientific workflows into intuitive, implementation-ready digital experiences that deliver meaningful value to users.
As Luminultra’s primary Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to establish scalable design systems and UX standards, influence product experiences through customer insights and usability testing, and help shape how design evolves across our growing product portfolio. While your primary focus will be digital product design, you’ll also support customer-facing documentation and product labels to create a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Product Management defines product priorities and user outcomes, while you own the detailed user experience, design systems, and day-to-day design execution.
