Product Designer / UX Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer / UX Designer to join B2C Tech at Telia.

I’m Mia Blomberg, leading the B2C Tech Design team, and I’m looking for a crafty Product Designer who can move quickly from insights to solution hypotheses. At Telia Play, we’re building one of the leading TV and streaming experiences in the Nordics, bringing together TV channels and streaming services in one simple, inspiring, and reliable experience. Our ambition is to create the best aggregator in the market and make it effortless to find, watch, and enjoy content across all screen sizes. Used daily by millions in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, the product combines large-scale technical complexity with a strong focus on customer experience in a fast-evolving TV and media landscape.

What you’ll do:

You will shape the Telia Play experience end to end, working in cross-functional product teams with product owners, developers, and other specialists.

• Own the design process from early problem discovery and user research through concepts, prototyping, production, and implementation. 
• Turn insights into clear solutions using the right level of fidelity, from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and product visions in Figma. 
• Validate and iterate by running research when needed, seeking data and insights, conducting user testing, and challenging solutions that do not clearly create value. 
• Strengthen design practice by contributing to and evolving design systems in Figma, communicating ideas visually, and using AI tools to bring design and code closer together.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and humble team player who brings others along and helps non-designers think in a user-centered way.

• Strong product and interaction design skills, with the ability to create compelling visions and prototypes in Figma.

• End-to-end product mindset, including confidence working in agile environments from early strategy to close collaboration with developers during implementation.

• Sound judgment and curiosity, with the ability to choose the right fidelity, step outside your comfort zone, and use creativity to drive better outcomes.

• Interest in movies and series is a plus, but we will help you get there if this is new territory for you.

For Lithuanian applicants only: monthly salary range for this position - 3600-5400 EUR (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
