Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery
Lead the successful delivery of software products and enhancements from concept through production.
Translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories.
Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.
Coordinate activities across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
Monitor project progress and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
Ensure product releases are delivered according to agreed timelines.
Quality Management
Establish and maintain software quality standards.
Lead quality assurance planning throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure appropriate test strategies are executed including:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Performance Testing
Release Validation
Review testing metrics and defect trends.
Drive root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
Promote continuous quality improvement practices.
Validate completed features against business expectations.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Software Engineering
Business Technology
or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years of experience in software development, product management, QA, or project delivery.
Experience managing Agile software delivery.
Experience working with cloud-based software platforms.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
Experience managing software releases.
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
