Sphera is looking for a Product Coordinator to bring rigor and momentum to how we take products to market. This is an execution-focused role that works directly with Product Managers and Directors to ensure every launch is planned, tracked, and delivered on time with the right stakeholders prepared and the right materials in place.

What you'll do

• Own the launch checklist end-to-end — tracking completion across all required items, holding Product Managers and Directors accountable to timelines, and escalating risks before they become delays
• Facilitate launches of all different magnitudes with different requirements, from small features to major solution releases
• Serve as the day-to-day coordination point between Product and go-to-market teams, keeping Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success aligned on launch plans, timing, and dependencies
• Help PMs complete launch tasks where bandwidth or skill gaps create bottlenecks using best-practice examples from other launches and your knowledge of successful launch artifacts
• Maintain and improve the launch process itself — refining the checklist, templates, and timelines based on what's working and what isn't
• Run launch status communications to keep stakeholders informed without requiring them to chase down updates

What you bring

• 2–4 years in a program coordination, product operations, or project management role at a SaaS company
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details
• Strong instincts for cross-functional communication, meaning you know how to work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success without losing the thread back to Product
• High ownership mentality — you follow through without being chased and flag problems early
• Familiarity with product and project management tools (Pendo, Productboard, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, and similar)
