Producer II

We're seeking a *Producer II* to support our creative systems and help teams project manage and track creative assets in a complex tool ecosystem. This remote role supports creative production and continuous improvement across workflows and automations for our key game team. *Producer II * *Responsibilities*: * Maintain and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem using Jira, Airtable, Workato, and related platforms. * Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. * Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions. * Serve as the primary point of contact for users needing system support. * Intake, triage, and prioritize stakeholder requests while balancing quick wins and longer-term improvements. *Producer II* *Qualifications*: * Have 1-4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, product operations, technical support, or a related field. * Manage projects, workflows, or operational systems in a professional environment. * Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently. * Provide strong communication and customer service to support users and stakeholders. * Build workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems, including experience with Jira, Airtable, Notion, Miro, Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
