Procurement Training Lead

We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Summary:

The Procurement Process & Training Content Lead supports and continuously improves RQ's procurement technology and processes, with an initial primary focus on the training, adoption, and development of Oracle Procurement.

This role serves as a subject matter expert and key resource for Procurement and Project Teams, ensuring purchasing processes are standardized, understood, compliant, and effectively leveraged across the organization. The role develops training content, supports Oracle users, analyzes procurement data, conducts process audits, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, supplier engagement, and cost savings.

The position also supports strategic purchasing initiatives led by the Director of Purchasing, including supplier programs, rebate opportunities, supplier analysis, account consolidation, and other procurement improvement initiatives.

This position will work remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, procurement technology, business process improvement, training, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Guided Learning preferred.
• Experience with Absorb LMS or another corporate LMS preferred.
• Experience developing digital training, instructional content, and video-based learning.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, suppliers, and approvals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Power BI and Oracle reporting experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Construction industry or construction procurement experience preferred.
