Principal Lead

We are seeking an experienced Principal Lead to guide solution design and support enterprise-level initiatives for our team. This role partners with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned, and practical for long-term success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and provide strategic technical direction
• Guide teams on best practices across systems, integrations, and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solutions
• Review and provide feedback on proposed designs and approaches
• Help ensure solutions meet performance, security, and reliability expectations
• Support modernization and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, engineering, or consulting environments
• Experience supporting complex systems or enterprise-level initiatives
• Understanding of system design, integrations, and/or cloud environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
