A dynamic international law firm is hiring a Practice Innovation Product Specialist to support legal technology initiatives. This role offers a stimulating environment centered on enhancing legal service delivery through innovative workflows. The position is based onsite 4 days a week (1 day remote) in Chicago, NYC or DC. It is a full-time/direct hire opportunity designed for professionals passionate about legal technology and AI innovation. *Practice Innovation Product Specialist Responsibilities:* * Maintain in-depth knowledge of firm's legal technology tools and applications. * Collaborate with legal teams and operations leaders to identify and design technological solutions for specific use cases. * Connect with legal team members to map workflows to appropriate tech solutions. * Develop and configure queries, templates, automations, and review workflows to improve legal practices. * Test, refine, and document solutions, providing ongoing support and updates. *Practice Innovation Product Specialist Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred. * At least four years of experience in legal technology, innovation, or legal operations in a law firm or professional services setting. * Proximity to the firm's office with the capacity to work in-office 3-4 days weekly in Chicago, NYC or DC. * Strong understanding of legal technology trends, AI, automation, and workflow tools. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
