Location: Remote / Malta / Stockholm
Employment: Full-time
Love Google Ads, enjoy digging into data and get a kick out of making campaigns perform better?
We're looking for a PPC Specialist to join Cherry Partners and help us grow our paid search activities across brands including Cherry Online, Bethard and Spelklubben.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows their way around Google Ads, enjoys testing new ideas and wants to keep developing their skills.
You don't need to be the most senior person in the room. What matters is that you're curious, analytical, proactive and genuinely interested in performance marketing.
Today, our Head of PPC manages the PPC function independently. As our activities grow, we're looking for someone to join him, share the day-to-day responsibilities and help take things further.
You'll work directly with an experienced PPC specialist who knows the iGaming industry inside out. You'll have the opportunity to learn, challenge ideas and gradually take more ownership of campaigns and performance.
Google Ads will be at the heart of your work, particularly paid search. But we're also developing our activities across App campaigns, YouTube and other formats, so there will be opportunities to broaden your experience.
You'll be working with several brands and markets, where understanding the numbers, spotting opportunities and making smart adjustments can have a direct impact on the business.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Managing, monitoring and optimising Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands.
Working with keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy and campaign structures.
Analysing performance data to understand what's working, what isn't and where we can improve.
Tracking commercial results such as CPC, CPA, ROAS and first-time depositors (FTDs).
Working with Google Analytics, conversion tracking and internal reporting dashboards.
Testing new ideas, audiences, campaign setups and optimisation approaches.
Supporting activities across App campaigns, YouTube and other paid channels.
Exploring how AI tools and automation can help us work smarter.
Collaborating with colleagues across marketing on campaigns, landing pages and performance improvements.
There's plenty of ongoing optimisation, but also room to experiment, question existing approaches and suggest better ways of doing things.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the practical side of performance marketing.
You like getting into the details of a campaign, understanding the data and figuring out what to change next. You're comfortable taking initiative, asking questions and trying different approaches.
We think you'll bring:
Hands-on experience working with Google Ads, particularly search campaigns.
A good understanding of PPC optimisation, keywords, bidding and campaign performance.
An analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into practical improvements.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking and performance reporting.
An understanding of how paid advertising contributes to commercial results.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Curiosity about new technology, AI and developments in digital advertising.
You don't need to have worked with every advertising format or platform. We'd rather find someone with a solid Google Ads foundation and the motivation to keep learning.
Experience from iGaming, casino, sportsbook or affiliate marketing would be valuable, but it's not a requirement.
We're also interested in candidates from other competitive, performance-driven industries, such as fintech, SaaS or cybersecurity.
Other useful experience includes:
Swedish and Finnish, highly beneficial, as well as working with those markets.
Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, App campaigns or YouTube advertising.
Managing several advertising accounts or brands.
SEO, paid social or broader performance marketing.
Using AI or automation to improve campaign performance.
You'll work closely with our Head of PPC, who is based in Malta and brings extensive experience from the iGaming industry.
We're a commercially focused marketing team working across different brands, markets and channels. Things move quickly, and we value people who take responsibility, share ideas and enjoy finding solutions.
You'll have access to existing advertising accounts, performance data and reporting tools, while having the freedom to contribute your own thinking.
This is a role where you can make a difference in the day-to-day work while continuing to develop your expertise.
You'll have the opportunity to work with established gaming brands, learn from an experienced Head of PPC and see the commercial impact of your work.
You won't be one of many PPC specialists in a large department. You'll be closely involved in the decisions, experiments and improvements that shape how we grow our paid traffic.
If you enjoy Google Ads, like solving problems with data and want to take the next step in your performance marketing career, we'd love to hear from you.
We're open to candidates based in Malta, Sweden or working remotely from other locations, depending on the employment setup.
