JOB DESCRIPTION
Power Platform Developer with 5–6 years of experience to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy low-code and pro-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, integrating them with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems through connectors and REST APIs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-governed solutions that automate processes and drive real business value

RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to Day Operations:
Design, develop, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps that meet business requirements and deliver a strong user experience. • Build, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retry logic, and performance tuning. • Design and build conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, connecting them to enterprise data and systems. • Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles, to support scalable applications. • Develop standard and custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and third-party systems. • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (lists, libraries, Teams, Outlook) to streamline collaboration and document workflows. • Consume and expose JSON / REST APIs, handling authentication, payload parsing, and error scenarios. Manage the solution application lifecycle (ALM), including environment strategy, managed solutions, versioning, and automated deployments across Dev, Test, and Production. • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, solution documentation, and working prototypes. • Support testing and UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously enhance existing solutions. • Apply security, governance, and data protection best practices across all Power Platform solutions. • Review the work of peers, mentor junior developers, and contribute to Power Platform standards and reusable components.
QUALIFICATIONS
5–6 years of overall experience in software or application development, with substantial hands-on experience on the Microsoft Power Platform. • Strong experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps. • Proven experience designing and delivering Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise processes. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building copilots and conversational solutions. • Solid understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and business logic. • Experience building and managing standard and custom connectors. • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. • Working knowledge of JSON and REST APIs, including authentication and integration patterns. • Practical experience with solution ALM: environments, managed solutions, and deployment pipelines. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE • Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards. • Experience integrating WhatsApp / Infobip and other messaging channels. • Experience integrating with HCM / ERP systems through APIs. • Experience with Azure Functions for extending Power Platform solutions. • Knowledge of DLP policies and tenant governance. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400)
