The Power Infrastructure Delivery Lead manages the end-to-end delivery of behind-the-meter power solutions for datacenter projects. This includes coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and operational turnover while ensuring compliance with Microsoft standards and safety requirements.
Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. The Microsoft portfolio includes complex, multidisciplinary, large-scale datacenter construction and lease projects. The Power Infrastructure Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of behind-the-meter power solutions by lease providers across the AMERS portfolio. This role coordinates planning, design, construction, commissioning, energization, acceptance, turnover, and commercial readiness to ensure each solution meets Microsoft technical, schedule, quality, safety, capacity, and operational requirements. The role works cross-functionally with engineering, energy, operations, commissioning, legal, procurement, finance, project controls, lease delivery, and lease-provider teams to establish clear ownership, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on obligations and deliverables on both the Microsoft and lease-provider sides.
The Power Infrastructure Delivery Lead ensures lease providers deliver behind-the-meter power solutions safely, predictably, and in compliance with Microsoft requirements.

Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
