About the Position

As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Understanding customer questions and providing clear, helpful answers.
• Finding suitable solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Documenting interactions and using internal systems to provide quality support.
• Working together with colleagues from different countries in a multicultural team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1/C2 level).
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A positive, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and international environments.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
• Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or support roles is an advantage, but not required.
