Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support to Polish-speaking users regarding their Fitbit wearable devices and fitness tracking software.
• Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, device synchronization, and health metric interpretation within the Fitness & Wellness ecosystem.
• Educate users on how to maximize the benefits of their devices to achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service in the Polish language.
• Engage with the Fitbit community to provide insights, tips, and best practices for healthy living.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of our Fitness & Wellness division by meeting individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
• A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and passion for wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end-users.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• A positive, proactive mindset with a strong drive to succeed in one of the premier jobs in Bulgaria.
