This is an independent consultancy engagement. The Consultant delivers defined written advisory and technical products and works in an expert advisory and technical capacity. In coordination with the Associate Director of Advocacy, Road Safety, the Consultant will advise partners on country-specific road safety priorities and policy objectives. Depending on program needs, the Consultant’s availability, and the agreed scope, the Consultant may also contribute written technical exchange, peer learning, and advisory support for partners and stakeholders in other countries across the initiative. Areas of focus may include road user behavioral risk factors, vehicle safety, infrastructure, policy implementation, and other evidence-based road safety priorities relevant to the country context.

The consultant is free to accept and perform work for other clients during the term of this agreement, provided such engagements do not create a conflict of interest with GHAI’s mission or the consultant’s obligations under this Scope of Work. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to GHAI in advance.
