Physician (MD/DO) - Telemedicine/Housecall

We are looking to provide all our clinicians with great growth opportunities and additionally, flexible time schedules for our candidates in housecall and telemedicine settings.

Essential Functions

• Oversee up to four Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners, including signing off on patient charts.
• Diagnose and treat patients in private homes or assisted living facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via “in-person” House Call and/or telemedicine visits
• Analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
• Developing treatment plans based on standards of care and professional practice guidelines
• Chronic Medication management and educating patients on test results and treatment plans
• Ordering or performing diagnostic tests.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine Degree (DO)
• Licensed as a physician in good standing in Arizona, additional states preferred
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• 2+ years of post-residency experience in primary care, family practice, urgent care or specialties
• Outstanding clinical expertise, evidenced-based practice
• Culturally responsive and competent, providing patient education at every visit
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Above average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment
