Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain / Regulatory)

We're seeking a *Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain / Regulatory)* to support our client's supply chain and labeling operations. This urgent, short-term freelance *Temp* role is *pharmaceutical proofreader* in a* fully remote setup.* *15 hours per week Duration under 4 weeks* *Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain / Regulatory) Responsibilities:* * Perform line-by-line comparison of newly generated package inserts to approved or source documentation. * Verify there are no omissions, additions, or discrepancies compared with approved inserts. * Ensure accuracy of all content and maintain formatting consistency across materials. * Identify, flag, and document any errors or mismatches found during proofreading. * Deliver an annotated proof, a discrepancy summary/report, and a proofreading completion confirmation. *Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain / Regulatory) Qualifications:* * 10+ years of experience * Have proven experience proofreading and performing document comparison work in a regulated context. * Demonstrate strong attention to detail with QA/QC workflows for high-accuracy, zero-error environments. * Have experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device content. * Have medical/regulatory experience reviewing or validating prescription drug package inserts. * Be able to complete proofreading deliverables within 24-48 hours max for each request. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement. * Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
