We're looking for a Pet Loss Support Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, support and develop a dedicated network of volunteers who help deliver our helpline, email, webchat and social media support services. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by ensuring people receive the support they need when they need it most.
More about the role
As Pet Loss Support Volunteer Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality volunteer-led service across the UK. You'll build strong relationships with volunteers, ensuring they are well-trained, supported and equipped to provide compassionate support to service users.
Your responsibilities will include:

This is a home-based role and you will be attached to a nominated Blue Cross site, which will act as your contractual base. Travel to your nominated site is considered normal commuting. Occasional travel to partner organisations and other Blue Cross locations will be required.
