The Reporting Analyst will have responsibilities across a full range of functions including onboarding client data, generating performance reports, ensuring data is updated correctly, and assisting with investment management & billing inside Black Diamond performance reporting software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting diverse reporting needs in support of our advisor support team for ultra-high net worth clients.

  • Monitor the integrity of information, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and provide comprehensive investment reporting.

  • Auditing and preparing daily transaction reports to share with the broader organization which includes previous day’s trades, transactions, and cash flows.

  • Manage and own all private equity and alternative investment data in our portfolio reporting system including tracking capital calls, distributions, and fund valuations for our high-net-worth clients.

  • Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements of financial results.

  • Attend and participate in learning opportunities through associate meetings and internal resources made available through compliance, practice management, etc.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effective client relationships.

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated and independent yet exhibits a team player attitude.

  • Strong willingness to learn and open to coaching.

  • Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional, proactive client service.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 years of experience in financial services

  • Background in performance reporting software preferred

  • Pacific and Mountain Time Zones preferred
