The Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, this role is responsible for:

Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns end-to-end in Meta Ads Manager — including campaign structure, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocation across ad sets

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Google Ads — including keyword research, match type strategy, ad copy, bidding strategies, and negative keyword management

  • Continuously monitor live campaigns across all paid channels, identifying underperforming campaigns and optimising proactively through technical adjustments and collaborating with local marketing teams on content improvements

  • Own campaign trafficking across multiple countries, adhering to budget guidelines and launch processes set by the digital marketing team.

  • Test and activate additional paid channels (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, YouTube, programmatic).

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on full-funnel metrics: spend, CPL, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROAS

  • Analyse conversion data using platform pixels, UTM tracking, and CRM data

  • Contribute to the global team's performance marketing knowledge base and best practice documentation

Optimisation & Testing

  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audience, landing page, and bidding variables — with clear hypotheses and statistically sound read-out frameworks

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance even when hitting targets
