About the Role
VizX Corporation is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, growth strategy, and paid media performance across our portfolio of brands.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this role owns the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition strategies designed to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and marketing efficiency across every business in the VizX portfolio.
This is a highly strategic and analytical leadership position responsible for managing paid media investments, identifying growth opportunities, building testing frameworks, and continuously improving performance across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
This leader will oversee significant media investments across the VizX portfolio and be responsible for developing acquisition strategies that efficiently scale growth while maximizing marketing return on investment.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and growth leader—someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and helping multiple brands achieve ambitious business objectives through performance marketing excellence.
What You'll Do
Portfolio Growth & Acquisition Strategy
- Own paid acquisition strategy across all VizX portfolio companies and brands.
- Develop scalable growth strategies aligned with each brand's unique goals, customer journey, and revenue targets.
- Partner with business leaders and marketing stakeholders to establish KPIs, forecasting models, and growth plans.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities, channels, audiences, and market segments to accelerate growth.
Performance Marketing Leadership
Lead paid media strategy and execution across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- Emerging and experimental channels
- Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize ROAS, CAC, LTV, pipeline generation, and overall business impact.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
Testing, Optimization & Innovation
- Create and oversee a robust testing roadmap across creative, audience targeting, landing pages, messaging, offers, and channel mix.
- Develop iterative optimization frameworks that continuously improve campaign performance.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging acquisition tactics.
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into portfolio-wide performance.
- Analyze campaign data and customer acquisition trends to generate strategic recommendations.
- Present performance insights, forecasts, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
- Ensure marketing investments are aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with brand leaders, creative teams, content teams, and marketing operations to execute growth initiatives.
- Guide creative strategy through performance insights and audience data.
- Help each business prioritize marketing investments and initiatives based on expected impact.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for paid media, customer acquisition, and growth marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or paid media leadership.
- Proven success developing and executing customer acquisition strategies that drive measurable revenue growth across multiple brands, business units, or product lines.
- Experience managing large and complex paid media budgets with accountability for performance, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Demonstrated ability to allocate, forecast, and optimize marketing spend across multiple channels, campaigns, and business objectives.
- Deep expertise across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, analytics, customer journeys, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience building and scaling acquisition funnels while improving CAC, ROAS, pipeline generation, and customer lifetime value.
- Expertise in developing testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks across audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, messaging, and channel mix.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, uncover performance insights, and translate data into actionable acquisition strategies.
- Experience presenting performance results, forecasts, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term growth initiatives and day-to-day performance management.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with competing priorities and complex business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, or internal performance marketing teams is highly preferred.
