The Performance Load Test Architect will design and lead enterprise-scale performance testing initiatives for complex SAP and middleware environments. They will be responsible for developing production workload models and conducting various types of performance diagnostics to ensure system scalability.

Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
Expert-level experience with NeoLoad.
Experience designing performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, and middleware.
Experience developing production workload models using historical metrics.
Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, stress/endurance/spike/failover testing, API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
NeoLoad certification preferred.
Azure or AWS cloud certifications preferred.
