We are entering a new strategic domain and looking for an experienced and visionary Performance Lead to build and lead our performance operation from scratch. This role blends business development and strategic partnerships along with identifying and optimizing high-value relationships, with a strong product strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, this role demands a high level of ownership, hands-on ability, and leadership in the field of Programmatic Performance Marketing.

As the face of AppStock, you’ll need to be a well-rounded player with a strong programmatic background to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the internal performance marketing platform.
  • Propel global business growth through strategic alliances and ecosystem partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product and data teams to synchronize efforts and monitor impact.
  • Inform partners about Appstock's distinctive offerings while fostering alignment and comprehension of the company's short and long-term objectives.
  • Assess and integrate technology vendors (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, BI tools) to facilitate growth.
  • Present comprehensive business cases, budget projections, and campaign strategies to the leadership team.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of our Performance Marketing through strategic initiatives, industry harmonization, and roadmap refinement.
  • Achieve personal account and team-level OKRs that are consistent with the business strategy and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, specifically within a DSP, SSP, or programmatic vendor, in a role such as account management, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with practical experience in budget and media plan management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance/legal teams.
  • Experience building and scaling teams from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in attribution models, incrementality, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated history of delivering excellent results with speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker who can quickly and easily adapt to a changing environment.
