We help category disruptors such as Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others scale paid social through our short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house content team creates thousands of human-centered ads each month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.


THE ROLE

As a Performance Creative Specialist, you will help drive the creative operation from A to Z by supporting the development and execution of high-performing paid social creative. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists to strategize, concept, script, and execute ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.

You will play a key role in connecting performance data to creative decisions. This role requires a strong eye for what makes winning creative, paired with the analytical ability to identify patterns, extract insights from performance data, and translate those insights into stronger creative strategies and executions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop paid social ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts alongside the Creative Strategy team

  • Support creative strategy by generating variations and new concepts based on performance insights

  • Partner closely with editors, creators, and the production team to bring ad concepts to life

  • Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns, uncover insights, and improve future concepts

  • Stay deeply tapped into organic and paid social and creative trends to continuously improve creative output

  • Help maintain organized creative workflows, timelines, and feedback loops across the production process


REQUIREMENTS

  • Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Deep knowledge of cultural

  • A sharp eye for what makes winning ad creative

  • Excellent copywriting and ad scripting skills

  • Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
