We're looking for a Perfomance Marketing Manager to help us expand our product globally.

Your responsibilities:

You'll play a key role in shaping how Mindly acquires users across Meta and Google Ads, with a high level of autonomy and close collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta and Google Ads

  • Generate hypothesis and test creatives, audiences and building strategies

  • Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaigns and implement solutions to improve their performance

  • Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to evaluate traffic quality and the impact of marketing activities on product metrics

  • Research competitors and market trends, and test new traffic channels

 

Your skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in perfomance marketing

  • Proactiveness, autonomy and readiness to take ownership for this area

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta or TikTok

  • Understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, hook rate)

  • Analytical mindset and a passion for working with data

  • Confident using AI tools to automate your workflow
