Eterio Realities Inc. (FabStation) | Remote (Canada) | Full-time
About Us
Eterio Realities builds FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. We replace paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and growing, with a team of 30+ based in Victoria, BC.
We are hiring our first dedicated people and operations leader. This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada. It owns the employee lifecycle from job posting to offboarding, and the corporate record-keeping that keeps a growing international software company organized, compliant, and ready for whatever comes next.
The Role
This is a hands-on generalist position that combines HR coordination with corporate document and contract administration. You will be the person who makes sure every hire is properly onboarded, every agreement is signed and filed, every review happens on schedule, and every important document can be found in thirty seconds. You are not expected to be a lawyer or an accountant. You are expected to know when to bring one in.
