PDP Content Creator - Amazon

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and adaptable PDP Content Creator to create, maintain, and optimize Amazon product detail pages at scale.

You’ll transform product information from Excel files, manufacturer websites, specification sheets, catalogs, and other approved sources into accurate, compelling, and Amazon-compliant product content.

This role is ideal for someone who combines Amazon listing experience, strong Excel/data skills, AI proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain Amazon product detail pages using information from spreadsheets, manufacturer websites, catalogs, specification sheets, and other approved sources.
• Develop Amazon-ready:
• Product titles
• Bullet points
• Product descriptions
• Search terms/keywords
• Product attributes
• Technical specifications
• Work with large Excel files and product datasets to create and update listings efficiently.
• Use Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central templates for product submissions and updates.
• Research and cross-reference multiple sources to verify product information.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate product data and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Review submitted content for errors, formatting issues, missing information, and Amazon compliance.
• Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to create content efficiently at scale.
• Develop repeatable AI prompts and workflows for large product catalogs.
• Fact-check and refine AI-generated content rather than relying on AI output without validation.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow established content standards and workflows.
• Adapt quickly to Amazon template changes, requirements, and internal processes.

What We’re Looking For

Amazon Experience

• Hands-on experience creating or updating Amazon product listings/PDPs.
• Experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central templates.
• Understanding of Amazon product data structures and listing requirements.
• Experience working with Amazon bulk upload/submission templates.

Excel & Data Skills

• Strong Excel skills, including functions such as:
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• SUMIF/SUMIFS
• COUNTIF/COUNTIFS
• IF statements
• Filtering and sorting
• Data validation
• Conditional formatting
• Comfortable manipulating, reconciling, and validating large datasets.

AI Skills

• Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools.
• Ability to create effective prompts for producing Amazon content at scale.
• Ability to build repeatable AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong judgment when reviewing and fact-checking AI-generated content.

Work Style

• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership of data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to identify inconsistencies and problems rather than simply processing assigned tasks.
• Comfortable asking questions when information is incomplete or conflicting.
• Organized and capable of managing large volumes of product information.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable when priorities, templates, and processes change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating B2B Amazon product listings.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or professional products.
• Experience creating listings for business/professional customers.
• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.

Foodservice B2B experience is strongly preferred. Experience with commercial restaurant equipment, professional kitchen products, or foodservice supplies is particularly relevant. Residential Home & Kitchen experience alone is not equivalent.

You’ll be successful when you can take a large and sometimes disorganized collection of product information and turn it into accurate, complete, Amazon-ready product listings efficiently and at scale.
