About the Role

We’re looking for a Payroll Supervisor who brings both precision and drive. This role is critical to keeping our teams supported and our operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee payroll for a multi‑state mortgage workforce, manage commission and loan‑based compensation, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute end‑to‑end payroll operations with accuracy and urgency
• Manage commission structures and loan‑related compensation unique to the mortgage industry
• Review, approve, and audit payroll entries across multiple states
• Partner with Accounting and HR to support reconciliations, reporting, and month‑end close
• Provide clear, supportive communication to employees and branch leaders
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate payroll performance
• Mentor and support payroll team members, modeling PMR’s pillars daily

What You Bring

• 3+ years of payroll experience; mortgage or financial services preferred
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience
• Loan Vision experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of commission‑based compensation
• Multi‑state payroll knowledge
• High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and a solutions‑driven mindset
