Position Overview: The Payroll Coordinator administers payroll processing, timekeeping accuracy, and wage compliance. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict adherence to wage and hour regulations, documentation standards, and financial controls.
Essential Job Functions
Process payroll for PT and FT staff
Monitor timekeeping accuracy and approvals
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Maintain payroll records and audit trails
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Support benefits and deduction administration
Support finances with budget and labor allocations

1. Payroll Accuracy Rate
% of payroll processed without error or adjustment (target: 99.5%)
2. Timekeeping Compliance Rate
% of timesheets submitted, approved, and verified on schedule (target: 100%)
3. Wage and Hour Compliance Incidents
Number of pay-related complaints, corrections, or violations (target: zero substantiated violations) QualificationsCOMPENSATION:
Commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
