Payroll Analyst - New Orleans - Remote / Hybrid

Job title: Payroll Analyst  

Location : New Orleans LA - Remote

US Citizen with Clearance Eligibility

Duration: Full Time
New Orleans or remotely.

Job Summary: 

• Federal payroll or Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web case processing.
• Experience with Payroll processing at USDA National Finance Center.
• Knowledgeable with back pay, FEHB/FEGLI, OWCP, RCC, TSP, salary adjustments.

Knowledge: 

• Experience supporting USDA, DHS or other federal shared services environments preferred.
• Relevant federal payroll and SPPS Web experience.
• Experience with workload levels matching NFC’s environment.
• Experience with case documentation, discrepancy identification, quality control, and
  reprocessing tasks.

Experience: 

2 years of related experience in Accounting and/or Finance. 

Knowledge of NFC Special Payroll Processing System preferred. 

Education:

• Bachelors or Associates degree (preferred in Finance)
