Your Mission

  • Coordinate onboarding of new payment partners and the launch of payment projects;

  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment providers, and merchants;

  • Support operational processes across payment areas and ensure their stability;

  • Track key launch stages, task statuses, and implementation timelines;

  • Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams on payment infrastructure matters;

  • Maintain and update internal documentation, registries, and working spreadsheets;

  • Coordinate document flow with partners, including approval, signing, and storage;

  • Communicate with external partners on operational support and ongoing cooperation;

  • Participate in the optimization of payment processes, payment flows, and provider performance;

  • Inform internal teams about changes affecting payment processes and partner infrastructure.

Your Unique Contribution

  • At least 1 year of experience in fintech or the payments industry;

  • Understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment operations, and processing flows;

  • Experience working with banks, payment providers, or merchants;

  • Experience supporting partners and operational processes within payment projects;

  • Understanding of payment routing, cascading logic, and payment orchestration principles;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and control deadlines;

  • Structured approach, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility;

  • English language level: B2 or higher and fluent Russian.
