LifestyleRx is a precision lifestyle medical practice, combining medical expertise with a team-based approach that includes one-to-one and group medical visits, nutritional coaching, education, and digital tracking. We are currently looking for a Patient Success Specialist based in British Columbia to join our team.

This is a 100% remote position, with regular working hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Candidates must reside in British Columbia and be available to consistently work these hours.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Introduce and onboard patients into the LifestyleRx Type 2 Diabetes Reversal and Metabolic Health Programs.

  • Respond to patient inquiries on a timely basis, ensuring they have access to the right services and/or resources, including, when necessary, recommending additional services that may support their journey to remission.

  • Provide dedicated support to new patients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships that establishes LifestyleRx as the trusted service provider for all things required for their reversal journey.  

  • Assist moderating group medical visits, which includes, but not limited to, monitoring group chats, present weekly video content, support patients with videoconferencing connectivity issues, and etc.

  • Support the LifestyleRx practitioners (physicians and Registered Dietitians) with patient enquiries, appointment cancellations and/or rescheduling, and etc.

  • Follow up with clinics and/or labs to help resolve communication/fax issues, missing results, or referrals.

  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

 Qualifications include:

  • Must reside in British Columbia and be available to work 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.

  • Strong computer proficiency and an ability to quickly learn new programs and technology.

  • Prior experience in healthcare, patient support, customer success, or a similar role would be an asset but is not required.
